Yep. since 15 May 2012, Co-Prince François Gérard Georges Nicolas Hollande rules the Principality of Andorra with co-Prince Bishop of Urgell. And heres the skinner: Celebrated opera singer Montserrat Caballé pleaded guilty late last year, for defrauding the Spanish government of €500,000 in tax evasion by using and registering her income via an Andorran company while she lives in Barcelona. Hhmm, probably that Catalan defiance ;-)
