YOUTH MINISTRY AUCTION - SATURDAY, APRIL 5TH We need everyones help and support to make this Auction a success. We depend on the proceeds from the Auction to support our Youth Ministry Program. Without this Auction, we would not be able to have the programs and events that we offer. Thank you and your family for your support to youth ministry! Here is how you can help: Prayers - We need all the prayers we can get for the youth ministry program, the success for the auction and for the young people of the parish! Donations - Some items to consider are tickets to a game or play, a dinner for 8 people, a weekend get-away, a themed basket or something that you and/your friends can offer your services (yard work, birthday party, tutoring, sports clinic, home-aid cookies). No donation is too small!! Selling of Tickets - Whatever Mass you attend - please help with selling tickets after Mass. It only takes 10 or 15 minutes. We ask that you come to the back of the Church at ANNOUNCEMENT TIME! We ask that you encourage your family and friends to buy tickets to the Auction and enjoy the night! Selling Raffle Tickets - We have great prizes this year. We encourage you to sell raffle tickets to friends and family! You can pick up raffle tickets in the youth ministry office. Purchasing an Ad in our program - Whether you want to do a shout out or your family has a business that they would like to advertise - your support is appreciated! Set-up, clean-up and attend the Auction - We need people to set-up for the Auction on Friday afternoon and Saturday morning. We need young people to attend the event to serve food and help with the Auction. We also need a group to clean-up after the Auction. The more help that we can get - the faster it will be to clean up! High School Young People are not asked to pay for a ticket.
