YSR Congress Party agenda is to put a full stop to farmers financial difficulties. As soon as YSR Congress party comes to power under the leadership of YS Jagan, a Stabilization fund with an amount of Rs. 3000 Crores would be launched to compensate the farmers’ losses in market fluctuations. Also YSR Congress government would create two ministeries for agriculture and introduce a SPECIAL BUDGET for Agriculture. These ministers would take care of seeds, fertilizers and pesticides prices control and their availability in market and also deal with matters like interest-free loans and uninterrupted free 9 hours electricity.
