Ya know its hard enough going back to school when you are a parent with children. I called in to sign up for orientation because they are making all new (or in my case, returning after 5 years) attend. But its at 9am or 2pm... i told her i work monday thru friday 8am - 4:30pm and i cant take off work. She sucked her teeth and said, "if u cant make it to orientation how are you gonna make it to classes?" Welllll do u guys no longer offer evening and weekend classes? Is there not online classes anymore? Just tell me if there are ANY evening or weekend orientation times?! She said its from 5 to 8 but its not til July 30th. I said sign me up. Either they are testing me to see if im really serious about going back to school ... or idek what. All i keep hearing is "are u sure?" "Maybe this isnt the best time?" "I like your ambition but..." Stfu and help me get registered! I KNOW it wont be easy! Im well aware i have a lot of kids. I know school is hard when u are also working. I did it in high school. And i was a mom then too.
