Yaa brelwee/Sufi brothers and sisters why do u lower the ranks of the martyrs and Allahs Messenger (صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم) by saying they are alive in this world? Quran and hadiths states they are alive in the best of places enjoying their rewards in barzakh for their hard work and sacrifice they made in this world, do u believe this world is better? Wake up and smell the coffee Muslims are getting killed just for kicks, innocent Muslims are getting slaughtered whilst most of the Ummah watch and do nothing, do u not think if Allahs Messenger (صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم) saw what was happening he would be deeply hurt and saddened? he loved his Ummah more than we can love him, do u think Allaah سبحنا و تعل will let his pious servants watch the disruptions going on in this world? dont degrade them by saying they are alive because they are in a better place enjoying their rewards and Allaah سبحنا و تعل has protected them from seeing all this disruption, they have done their work and enjoying the fruits of their labour in a better place with their lord, there is clear evidence from Quran and sunnah that this world is nothing but deceiving and and most of mankind are committing sins Abu Hurairah reported: the Messenger of Allah (صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم) said: “The world is the believer’s prison and the infidel’s Jannah”. (Muslim) اعْلَمُوا أَنَّمَا الْحَيَاةُ الدُّنْيَا لَعِبٌ وَلَهْوٌ وَزِينَةٌ وَتَفَاخُرٌ بَيْنَكُمْ وَتَكَاثُرٌ فِي الْأَمْوَالِ وَالْأَوْلَادِ كَمَثَلِ غَيْثٍ أَعْجَبَ الْكُفَّارَ نَبَاتُهُ ثُمَّ يَهِيجُ فَتَرَاهُ مُصْفَرًّا ثُمَّ يَكُونُ حُطَامًا وَفِي الْآخِرَةِ عَذَابٌ شَدِيدٌ وَمَغْفِرَةٌ مِّنَ اللَّهِ وَرِضْوَانٌ وَمَا الْحَيَاةُ الدُّنْيَا إِلَّا مَتَاعُ الْغُرُورِ Know that the life of this world is only play and amusement, pomp and mutual boasting among you, and rivalry in respect of wealth and children, as the likeness of vegetation after rain, thereof the growth is pleasing to the tiller; afterwards it dries up and you see it turning yellow; then it becomes straw. But in the Hereafter (there is) a severe torment (for the disbelievers, evil-doers), and (there is) Forgiveness from Allah and (His) Good Pleasure (for the believers, good-doers), whereas the life of this world is only a deceiving enjoyment. (57:20) يَا أَيُّهَا النَّاسُ اتَّقُوا رَبَّكُمْ وَاخْشَوْا يَوْمًا لَّا يَجْزِي وَالِدٌ عَن وَلَدِهِ وَلَا مَوْلُودٌ هُوَ جَازٍ عَن وَالِدِهِ شَيْئًا إِنَّ وَعْدَ اللَّهِ حَقٌّ فَلَا تَغُرَّنَّكُمُ الْحَيَاةُ الدُّنْيَا وَلَا يَغُرَّنَّكُم بِاللَّهِ الْغَرُورُ O mankind! Be afraid of your Lord (by keeping your duty to Him and avoiding all evil), and fear a Day when no father can avail aught for his son, nor a son avail aught for his father. Verily, the Promise of Allah is true, let not then this (worldly) present life deceive you, nor let the chief deceiver (Satan) deceive you about Allah. (31:33) فَلْيُقَاتِلْ فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ الَّذِينَ يَشْرُونَ الْحَيَاةَ الدُّنْيَا بِالْآخِرَةِ وَمَن يُقَاتِلْ فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ فَيُقْتَلْ أَوْ يَغْلِبْ فَسَوْفَ نُؤْتِيهِ أَجْرًا عَظِيمًا Let those (believers) who sell the life of this world for the Hereafter fight in the Cause of Allah, and whoso fights in the Cause of Allah, and is killed or gets victory, We shall bestow on him a great reward. (4:74) It has been narrated on the authority of Masruq Who said: We asked Abdullah about the Quranic verse: Think not of those who are slain in Allahs way as dead. Nay, they are alive, finding their sustenance in the presence of their Lord.. (iii. 169). He said: We asked the meaning of the verse (from the Holy Prophet Allahs Messenger (صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم) ) who said: The souls, of the martyrs live in the bodies of green birds who have their nests in chandeliers hung from the throne of the Almighty. They eat the fruits of Paradise from wherever they like and then nestle in these chandeliers. Once their Lord cast a glance at them and said: Do ye want anything? They said: What more shall we desire? We eat the fruit of Paradise from wherever we like. Their Lord asked them the same question thrice. When they saw that they will continue to be asked and not left (without answering the question). they said: O Lord, we wish that Thou mayest return our souls to our bodies so that we may be slain in Thy way once again. When He (Allah) saw that they had no need, they were left (to their joy in heaven). Sahih Muslim 20:4651
