Yahoo email users: I was clearing up my emails last night and saw a Spam email that supposedly came from Yahoo, so I opened it before deleting the Spams. The body looked like a genuine Yahoo email, complete with links to Terms of Service and etc. The header said it was a Disconnection of service Final Notice. It said if I didnt click on the link provided, my Yahoo email would be discontinued on a certain date. I opened up the header of this email and was able to retrieve the Senders IP address which I traced to Ghana. This smelled to high heaven as a phishing or extortion scam. Yahoo email users: BEWARE.
