Yall, Im overwhelmed. I knew this would happen and need to stop and re-evaluate. Now that the Troublemakers School is over, my main focus for the rest of the semester has to be: -School -My union (GAU) -My SELF -My loved ones What I find hardest is to make time for myself! I havent worked out more than a handful of times since I started school, I havent taken the time to write in my journal, I havent been eating very healthy. Its so hard to manage my time because I ALWAYS feel like I could be doing more for others. More reading, more office visits, be there more for my nephew/family. I need to give myself space and time, too. Its hard :/
