Yat sāṅkhyaiḥ prāpyatē sthānaṁ tada yōgairapi gamyatē. Ēkaṁ sāṅkhyaṁ ca yōgaṁ ca yaḥ paśyati sa paśyati. 5.5. Swami ji in this video explaining what a Sāṅkhya yōgī will do and what a karmayōgī does in his practice. He also explains the result of both these practices is the same.
