Sir/Madam, Please provide me the following information regarding CGLE, 2013(reexam) :- 1)Please provide me the list of culprits who were found guilty in cgl 2013 case taken to the court by CBI.What were the actions taken against those culprits. 2)AS PER SSC RULES,if someone caught by the inviglator using unfair means during examination,he will be DEBARRED from the SSC EXAMINATION.PROVIDE ME THE LIST OF CANDIDATES WHO WERE FOUND GUILTY IN THE FILLED CBI REPORT AND WHAT WERE THE ACTIONS TAKEN AGAINST THEM. WERE THEY DEBARRED FROM SSC. IF YES, A)PROVIDE ME THE ACTIONS TAKEN AGAINST RAJESH KASANA.(ROLL NO. 3011531840) 2)As the result declared on FRIDAY midnight,the write up included the dates 16/8/2014 but under what circumstances and on whose order does the date 16/8/2014 is removed from the write up updated on monday,3nov 3)Please mention in detail the reasons for conducting the said exam at these centres separately on dates 27/7/14 & 16/8/14 without any notice/update for the same on Commissions website while the exam of majority of candidates were conducted on dates 27.4.14 & 20.7.2014 with prior notice on the Commissions website for the same. Please mention in detail why the Commission had not uploaded any Admit Card/s on its website for candidates who were to appear for CGLE(reexam) 2013 on dates 27.7.14 & 16.8.14 Also, please mention the mode of communication used to call up such candidates to appear for CGLE 2013 reexam on dates 27/7/14 & 16/8/14. Please also mention the date of such communication. 4)Please mention under whose approval and in what circumstances the decision to hold CGLE reexam 2013 separately on dates 27.7.14 & 16.8.14 was taken Also mention the date of such decision. Kindly provide me a copy of notings, minutes of meeting(if any) or any other document in relation to this office taking up the said decision. 5)Please provide me the detailed reasons and rationale behind Commissions decision to change the format of results declared by SSC beginning from SSC stenographers exam, 2013 final result. Please provide me a copy of noting, minutes of meeting, other documents related to this particular decision being taken by the Commission. 6) The tentative vacancies for Tax assistant shown in the result are 15. But reply given to a RTI by SSC shows that there were around 4571 vacancies for TA.uNder what circumstances and on whose order does the vacancies of TA are reduced. 7) Roll No. 2201052614 (Poonam) is qualified in final merit. However her name is neither in Awarded Zero list nor in marks list of Tier 1(cancelled)...that means she was absent,than provide the on what ground does she qualified in final merit
