Yay!!! Im finally part of HANS👍 My name is Gigi and I am one proud HOPI from Tuba City, AZ!! Woot woot... Since graduating in 2002, Ive made to a goal to promote health and wellness on the Rez...mostly taking ideas that I have seen off the Rez. I graduated with a masters degree in Sports Administration in hopes of running my own facility in the very NEAR future! I just wanted to tell you all that I ENJOY seeing my native brothers and sisters taking their lives into THEIR OWN HANDS! Remember that no matter ur economic status, relationship, work schedule...theres always time to live healthy! No need for fad diet or intense food restrictions...JUST HEALTHIER CHOICES! Take the stairs, park in the furthest parking stall, drink one bottle of water for every soda or juice u drink, substitute potatoes or rice for some green or orange(veggies), eat as many fruits as u like, and take time to let ur mind relax... These are all gonna get u healthy for the long run. Trust me, I dont only teach this to university students...I also live it!
