Yay! Went to South Padre Island to stay at La Cabana motel during the weekend on Sat. and Sun. and came back on Monday afternoon with La familia Cantu. We had fun and enjoy ourselves at the beach for vacation. Also got to see my precious daughter, grandkids and her boyfriend. In the morning we enjoy eating my sister in law Maricela cook some eggs with potato and chorizo and tortilla de harina. For lunch my sister Sylvia and daughter Priscilla cook some beef meat to make some chalupas which included refried beans, lettuce, tomato and avocado on the corn tortilla tostadas. Later in the evening my brother Andy grill some BBQ fajitas beef meat, chicken, wieners, grilled onions and grilled jalapeno serve with ranch style beans and bread. Especially for desert we enjoy the juicy sweet watermelon. Everything on the menu for the day was so delicious. Yummy! Well, I really enjoy relaxing myself at SPI and viewing the people enjoying themselves because I am going back to work soon and going back to the university next month. Hasta la vista mi gente de Texas.
