Yay, break time. Been a long night! I successfully have completed an eight hour job, and am halfway through another eight hour job. I am so thankful to have the co workers that I do. While I probably could have completed everything on my own, I certainly prefer not to work a fourteen hour shift (twelve is a good number). Its amazing how a personality trait can be both admirable and a pet peeve simultaneously. I have this awesome co worker who is quite the gentleman. I love gentlemen. I admire the old fashioned values and qualities that few men Ive met (in this generation) possess. While I greatly respect him above many others because of this trait, it also drives me a little bit nuts. Dont get me wrong; Im highly attracted to gentlemen. I like having doors held open, and I swoon when a man offers me his coat on a chilly day. However, I am a highly independent person, especially in the workplace. I like showing myself that I am capable of doing something, and frankly, Im physically much stronger than many would expect. I enjoy the challenge, I enjoy proving to myself and others that Im self efficient and very capable. This wonderful, awesome, gentlemanly co worker... Refuses to let me exhibit these behaviors. Oh its okay, I got this oh but thats really heavy, Heather. Lets get it together. Cant move a table, cant push a cart with thirty chairs on it up a ramp.... At least not on his watch. O.o ..... Again. Highly admirable. Highly irritating. #endrant
