Yeaaa Niners! Loving this game!!...smashed legs today-heres my Last squat set. Squats IMO are a custom exercise. What I mean is everyones body has a different shape, thus creating different angles when you squat down...my preference is a low bar squat (bar runs across my rear delts/lats instead of on my traps). i also like putting my heels on 3/4 inch (5lb weights) and go down as far as I can (ass to grass). I am able to isolate my glutes Better this way-without the blocks, I use too much quads...enjoy
