The man is described as: LOCATION: Parking Lot in area of South Student African American man, between 19 and 20 years old and approximately 5”11 to 6”00 tall; 160 to 180 lbs, medium complexion, clean shaven and close hair cut. At the time of the incident he was wearing baggy blue jeans and a white polo shirt (No other identifiable markings The man may be carrying a note pad or small book that he places in front of his trousers until he has a female’s attention. He then removes the notepad or book exposing his genitals. Do not attempt to detain or stop this individual. Notify university police immediately.
