Yeah, just figured out where that 20 lbs went. Back around my birthday, my doctor told me to change my eating habits a bit so I could lower my cholesterol. So, Ive been unconsciously avoiding things I would normally scarf down. Despite my instagramming the times I indulge myself.. I guess the changes have had the added benefit of making me lose weight. *shrug* Sooo... I lost 20 lbs because I stopped eating pizza 3 times a week and putting cheese on everything. I guess it really isnt rocket science.
