Yeah, on top of everything else I posted about this weekend, I also had ski school training and gymnastics boosters stuff filling my calendar. Next week has GOTTA be less crazy than the last 4-5-6 have been, right?!?!?! In other news, I got info this morning on a way to deal with apple cooking (with the use of a food mill that I will pick up tomorrow after work) that skips the whole need to core the puppies.. YEAH!!!!!!!! This should speed up my apple stuff INCREDIBLY!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I will be implementing this plan like NOW! wooo!!!!! Happy happy dance dance dance here!! Pick - wash - plunk into pot til soft - food mill - cook more - can/jar the outcome - this will save me hours and hours and hours of slicing/coring, and I can save even more hours because this can be done in bigger batches which save more time still :-) :-) :-) Make fun of me if you will, but you will all be jealous of my awesome applesauce, apple leather, and apple butter and who knows what else in the coming months :-) But first, time to crash. Zzzzzzzzz....
