Yeah, the Officer in Ferguson had no justification to use deadly force. Thats sarcasm, yall. It takes quite a beating to break your orbital bone. It also supports the statement made by the Officer after the incident that, BTW, has been supported by over 30 eye witnesses. The statements made by the liberal politicians and the black KKK as well as the ACLU and NAACP shows that these people dont care about thr truth of justice. They dont even look at the evidence. I heard one ignorant politician (a liberal black) ask why the suspect was grazed on the top of the head. What an uninformed idiot. The shot pattern, to me, indicates that the Officer took aim at center mass, but jerked the trigger, which is understandable in the circumstances. For those that dont understand pistol accuracy and techniques, when one uses a proper sight picture but jerks the trigger, the rounds go to the left and lower than the actual target. This hypothesis of mine is supported by the numerous gunshot wounds to the suspects left arm and shoulder. I believe the last two shots were the shots to the head where he shot high at first and grazed the top of the suspects head as the suspect continued to aggressively rush at the Officer. The second shot and the fatal shot was a perfectly executed shot just above the suspects left eye. Why so many shots? Because every person who is trained to use deadly force is taught that you shoot until the threat stops. As long as the Suspect continued to approach the Officer the Officer had the right to continue to fire his pistol. It didnt help that he probably was using a 9mm round that is totally unfit for Close Quarter Combat due to its light weight, low impact and fast speed of the bullet. I definitely believe as more and more evidence is made public that the Officer will be found innocent. He actually should be no-billed. However, the riots and the atmosphere in Ferguson will no longer allow the Officer to work in the city. Maybe even the State. His life will forever be changed because he did his job and killed a violent, black, gang banging thief.
