Yep. Such is the life of an artist/writer/musician trying to make a living. If I had a dollar every time someone offered to let me write for exposure or publicity, Id still need more contracts. Lol. But really, it happens quite often. I remember one guy who agreed to my rate, hired me, and then changed his mind telling me, You know some editors are willing to edit for free. I advised him to go find one of those editors. #gtfoh.
