Yep, alive and well in NKY, Cincy and beyond. No denying it. Their pseudo-theocracy mantra is the OPPOSITE of FREEDOM. Their ideas are SHIT! Nevertheless, I will defend their right to freedom of speech, while at the same time, not defending or agreeing with the speech itself. While some say hate is hate and dont feed it(and the Powers that be may love this divisiveness), I am not buying being butthurt over exposing their BS out of fear over outcomes. I am also not buying the notion that speaking out against their bankrupt idea is intolerance for the intolerant when I advocate their right to free speech. Their ideas are nothing more than a pre-internet contemptible stain on our history and stand in our way for a free humanity. We should all have a firm consensus to expose these sociopathic lunkheads and engage in peaceful dialogue and activism against them. Sure, there are trolls and unreliable sources fueling this issue out there. Doesnt mean it is not a real issue now. Far too much information suggest otherwise. Refusing to confront these repressive ideas and pretending they are not becoming more and more of a problem only promotes an environment for them to flourish. The argument that if you just do not pay attention to them, then they will go away is good-for-naught historically. Fascist ideas such as these must be met with a stern response from the masses in spite of these groups bullying tactics. Their threats to defend law-abiding citizens with lethal force against terrorists are nothing more than a PR stunt to increase their membership. Since 2000, there has been a big surge in these hate groups and and also antigovernment Patriot movement groups and militias, many of which, have mainstream media figures and politicians who promote platforms that legitimize false propaganda about immigrants and other minorities and spread paranoid conspiracy theories. While many of these latter groups have some good ideas and good intentions, to go forward, they must distance themselves from these racist elements within their respective groups.
