Yep, some might call it a work out at the gym, I call it play. Today we had a new trainer and she started us off with jump rope, and then we put the ropes on the floor and jumped over them side to side, and then she got out her ladder type thing and we stepped as fast as we could between the rungs, and then she made a shape with it and we had to hop around it, just like hopscotch, and then we ran around the room but it was just like chasey and then we did run stops which were just like the beep test, and then we all saw who could touch their toes the best with straight legs and do the most star jumps and reach the highest to the ceiling and then we started again. If I wasnt old and inside I would have sworn I was a kid in the playground at school. It was fun!
