Yes, CNN, the airplane disappearance is unprecedented, and there is worldwide interest - but, with a middle initial denoting news, dont you feel some responsibility to report about something else? Hearts go out to the families and all others involved in this event, but there IS other news. I have seen articles that claim this reporting represents your specialty. Fine. But take news out of your name. Cable Network News is spinning wheels. Not incidentally at all, a new U.S. citizen challenged me the other day on this topic. The entire world is involved in this situation, and other places dont care what happens at the White House. All of that is completely understandable, but I cannot make him understand that U.S. CNN (Atlanta) is not the CNN I see in Mexico, even in Mexico City. I try to get the news, so where do I go? If I want news from here or from our perspective, I wont get it from CNN in Mexico. CNN is from London, with very different topics. This man thinks CNN is the same all over the world (rather like some Roman Catholics I know). Delete if uninterested. Im jus sayin.
