Yes, Chick-Fil-A has taken a lot of written and verbal abuse by the liberal media and christian haters of late. Here is my observation regarding this fast food chain. The MOST IMPORTANT factors for a SUCCESSFUL food franchise are CUSTOMER SERVICE and a QUALITY PRODUCT! Of all of the so call fast food / hamburger chains in the U.S., Chick- Fil-A stands heads and tails above all others, especially in Athens, Georgia! They have got to have the BEST employee training program. The courtesy, dialogue, professionalism, and ATTITUDE are the BEST. This is especially true in regards to the young staff. No other food chain in the area instills this kind of behavior in their staff as does Chick-Fil-A! After all they all draw from the same pool of young kids in the area. I can readily say that I have never received an incorrect order from here. I can not say that about any other food franchise, especially KFC, Athens. My KFC experience would not be complete without having a mixup in my order or being completely out of a certain part of chicken at 4:00 pm. Sad to say McDonalds has the most equipment breakdowns of them all. Most of the time it involves ice cream/shakes. I do not know personally ANY of the managers or owners of either of the franchises. The food product is always consistent at the Chick. The management team at Chick-Fil-A beats the others hands down. They are constantly observing customers for questions and eye contact as well as helping staff to manage the front lines in whatever capacity needed. In my opinion when a company has this kind of service and product, that company does not NEED to be open on Sundays to make their bottom lines. Now think about this. Why is it that you will see more hamburger franchises leave locations due to run down store fronts or poor location compared to the the Chick-Fil-A franchises?
