Yes, Gawker advertiser State Farms CEO Ed Rust has been informed through many channels that his insured left me paralyzed and speechless. His insured left the scene. Yes, State Farm has admitted that its insured, the one driving the other car, was at fault. Yes, there are very high coverage amounts available in the auto insurance medical policies. Yes, State Farm has denied every line item of every itemized medical bill. My health insurance plan through the health insurance provider (this is not auto insurance) has been wonderful. There are substantial amounts nearing $.5 million which are not covered by health insurance. Those are the responsibility of State Farm. State Farm has intentionally chosen to not paid one cent, and its changed its story. Imagine being in inpatient care, doing your best to survive, receiving harassing calls from the auto insurer you thought was trustworthy. Had I not paid huge amounts out of pocket, I would be dead. State Farm is fully aware of this. Had they done what they are obligated to do, this ongoing, grueling recovery would have been happening more rapidly with less pain and other types of misery I will not elaborate on, yet. Someone sent this quote to me the other day: (They say theyre) just doing their jobs... that excuse didn’t fly at Nuremberg and it won’t fly now. If you willingly participate in evil acts, you are morally culpable regardless of your motivations. For years, I had put my reputation on the line to refer potentially millions of people to former advertiser (brand) State Farm on my top rated shows. I sincerely believe that State Farm brands had integrity. Im not sure how this tragic change has happened to the great brands under the name State Farm. Ed.Rust.atei@statefarm and anyone that earns income, in any way through association with State Farm or any of its brands - this includes contract workers and those working for its agents (most State Farm agents are NOT State Farm employees) - they are all culpable in its actions, behaviors, crimes, etc.
