Yes! Home birth is THE option for women who want control over their bodies & trust themselves in the birth process. After a traumatic & unwanted c-section with my first child, I chose & executed a healing & glorious home birth for my second child, only with the skilled help of a midwife. The medical for-profit industry would love for women to give up control & trust of their bodies, as they make a lot of money from c-sections. Sadly, there are few places that fill the void between giving up your rights in a hospital & having total control at home, especially on the east coast where birthing centers are few, and not even an option for c-sec moms.
