Yes, I did not use my personal space to update on Westgate, I took a decision to tweet and update only on official channels. In Fact the debate emerging on how I used this space is a contradiction of views, by the same people who have held a different view on personal and Government space. In times of disaster, my view exists within a collective framework and I lead a team of digital coordinators from the source ministries and departments. We did not score 100%, but we have learnt our lessons and we will get better. As for the flag on Friday, those of us who believe its a good idea please lets leave the house with one. At 2pm we shall then join in singing the National Anthem. #WithOneAccord
