Yes I get tired of waking up at 4:20 AM to workout. Yes I am not always motivated. Yes I am especially exhausted this week having had several VERY early morning wake-up calls and very long days. But I know exercise is vitally important to my overall health. I know it helps me feel amazing and function at my best. And I also know what it feels like to be on the OTHER side of healthy, and I NEVER want to go back there. So Im gonna keep pushing play. No matter what. Plus, I dont mind a little ab progress either #IMaxedOut
