Yes!!! I got: Bottom From A Midsummer Nights Dream. Life is difficult. Sometimes yours seems like one hard knock after another. However, people fall in love with your self-deprecating humor and your enthusiasm for getting things right. You move in and out of different social circles easily because class and status mean very little to you... Fell in love with this character when I saw Kevin Kline do it in the movie, and decided it was the only play where Shakespeare himself appeared, with directorial comments vis-a-vis the limitations of Elizabethan theatre (we need more special FX for fairies, etc., otherwise a supposed tragedy - Pyramis and Thisbe - turns into a hilarious farce!!!) I actually first watched this movie on a midwinters night, and I am sure Shakespeare himself would appreciate the irony! (y) B|
