Guess what? Tenn is forcing Medicaid applicants to go through the Obamacare exchange application process which was not designed for this purpose at all. Most applicants are denied in this process who would have been accepted in the appropriate state application process which has been used for last 8 years. Good luck on this one, Volunteer state.
