Yes, changes need to be made for a healthier lifestyle but not all at once. Instead try making little changes each week. Make substitutions in your diet and set realistic workout goals. Then in time push yourself to change/give more. An entire overhaul of your daily habits right off the bat is not setting yourself up for a positive outcome or long-lasting success. Baby steps!
