Yes for sure. One example is they leave their shoes outside the restaurant and they never get stolen.If you leave your shoes outside in Phils just expect no shoes later.lol.Sad but true...What else...I left my car unlock twice in Korea but nothing was lost.In Phils ..just do not expect it is there complete.Just last month I park my brothers car outside and the following day the car side lining was taken.lol...Ten years ago I rode a jeepney with my mom and this man sliced the purse of a woman next to him to steal her money.Oh even they steal infront of you...Silly but true.Why people do these things?Well simple.Jesus said Apart from God we are Nothing....What is your experience in Phils?♥♥♥
