Yes, manifesting tools such as lists, chanting and vision boards actually work. I made a phone call to the collective universe energy library and said I wanted an African man, tall, strong but gentle in the way he reaches me, great communication skills and very spiritually in tune. Now when the energies were channeled from that cosmic phone call and formulated the frequencies into alignment and synchronization for me to inevitably intertwine with what I asked for, I certainly knew when I came across him. The lists, vision boards and cosmic binaural beats and all other spiritual tools will not do all the inner work for anyone, there is the vital aspect of surrendering to what you asked for. Most people want the ultimate deep connection with another, but then run from it because they still think they can remain closed off spiritually and mentally.
