Yes, nutrition is important! But one thing we dont think about as being just as important, is drinking water!!! Hydrating first thing in the morning is a great habit to start. Helps start a heathy flow of oxygen, allowing you to stay alert and energized. It helps boost your metabolism, helps organs function properly, and helps alleviate some of those stiff and achy feelings we get when we first get up. Our bodies are dehydrated first thing in the morning, so start your day with a couple glasses of water. Its been a great habit that I started awhile back, and I feel great! Try it!
