Yes of course the NHS finances are worsening ... However do not place all the blame on having to use agency staff ... Because we need them . What will it take to highlight that we need more staff on the wards to reach targets to ensure quality care and meet the demands that are expected by the public. It all comes down to the quality of the patient and their personal needs ... Not the quantity of the patients. In the end I feel the country will lose this great institution that is the NHS . Its time those in power come to visit wards on a regular basis to witness that the core to most issues is staffing levels !
