Yes that is being a visionary leader Plz my president unemployment,poverty and meali meal price and rural influx is too higher,zambia is rich in natural resources bt why stil experiencing high levels of umeployment and poverty? plz invest in rural areas such as in road constraction, farmer support programmes,rural electrification,in non farmal education.Surely sir do we need invester revamp or set up kapiri glass,Pineaple factory in mwinilunga,why allowing foreigners exploiting our own resources without the zambian pipo benefitng?such example is the zembesha mine in mwinilunga trucks and trucks of thousands tns of highly graded copper whn the so called security wings jst watch it pains me so much with all we have our rural areas stil have poverty face abubandance of water and bumple haverst eac year yet poverty greets our pipo every year
