Yes you are the boss. Thats the fact. You have the right to hire and fire and to pay what you wish to pay your employees for their services. But remember great power requires or call for great responsibility. Firing unjustly or depriving people of their right is a crime punishable by uncertainty which means the repercussions might go far beyond your widest imagination. Dont try to frustrate people with your position. Remember that an aggrieved personality is an easy weapon of destruction. Book haram, Isis and other terrorist group are out there searching for victims of the society to recruit all in the name religion. Many accept to join this movement as an opportunity to avenge the society for been unjust to them and as an opportunity to have their pound of flesh from the society. Please be aware that your action is affected by your publics no matter how small of an establishment you think you are. Be positive and be just in your actions.
