Yesterday, CCDC finished its Advanced Advocacy Training held at the MS Society. This training focused on explaining: Disability and the Legal Process - Requesting Reasonable Accommodation (ADA), Guardianship vs Power of Attorney, Estates-Wills-Trusts, and The Colorado Open Records Act. A very special thank you to our instructors who included Andrew Montoya, Esq. (CCDC), Amy Robertson, Esq. – (CREEC) and Todd Kastetter Esq. of Lewis, Brisbois, Bisgaard and Smith, LLP. Most people who are familiar with CCDC are familiar Amy Robertson and with CREEC.
