Yesterday, Governor McAuliffe took a great stride towards leveling the playing field for all small businesses by signing an executive order creating more opportunities for small, women-owned, and minority-owned businesses. He has already received considerable praise from legislators and community leaders for his commitment to equality. The Governor said, “Virginia’s small business owners are living the American Dream and make significant contributions to our economy each and every day.
