The security and integrity of the Israeli state is of paramount importance to both regional and world stability. While the Israelis are not perfect (and for that matter, neither is the USA), our support of one of our strongest allies both in the Middle East and worldwide is essential to protect not only our interests abroad but also help ensure security and stability here at home. How is the stability and integrity of Israel paramount in protecting our interests? Before the illegal creation of Israel, we, the U.S., had no enemies in the Middle East. Unconditional support of Israeli colonization and occupation of Palestinian have certainly created them. Thanks to an alternative free press, the entire world is now fully aware of the open-air prison that is Gaza, the murder of thousands of unarmed, helpless citizens, including over 500 children, and the daily intimidation and harassment that Palestinians are subjected to on a daily basis. Israel has now broken the so-called cease-fire for the 94th time, and has violated UN resolutions with impunity. Israel and the U.S. stand alone in refusing to allow a full and fair investigation of war crimes in Palestine, and the moral International Community looks on with outrage while we continue to send arms to Israel and support the genocide. In view of this, there can be only two reasons for Warrens support of Israel: 1. She really does support Israeli actions, which is horrifying, or 2. She has been bought and sold by AIPAC and The Zionist Lobby, which is equally horrifying.
