Yesterday I got 35th place in the 3k with a time of a 3:37.950. Though it is a personal best by 1.3 seconds, the results are disappointing. Coming to Jr. Worlds gives you a perspective that you would have never had before and makes you realize how many riders there are that are better than you! It makes me want to work harder for t next year and make the podium. Right now is a time for gratefulness for such a wonderful opportunity. It is a time to give thanks to everyone who has helped me get as far as I have and supported me in getting me to Jr. Worlds. For the remainder of my stay in Korea, I plan to cheer on the rest of team USA, make new friends, and learn all I can about the sport while I watch World Class racing before my eyes!
