Yesterday I had attended a Womens day program conducted by Vodafone. It was a great experience for me to listen to some of the speakers who have excelled in their field be it health care, education, films ,business ...... share their experience and expertise and what made them successful. And a common thread each one of them shared apart from dedication, hard work, quality and adapting to changing times was their advice that a woman s smile is more powerful than an aggressive attitude to be successful. So with a smile I dedicate this Womens Day to all the lovely women and more so to our families coz behind every successful woman there is a family !!! Happy Womens Day!
