Yesterday I made the hardest decision I have ever had to make in my life Droopy has been very ill and in hospital for a week now and was lucky to get through the first night but she was picking up a little bit but nothing great,when we went to see her yesterday morning she looked terrible and the vet said he was a bit concerned about her but they were going to give her a plasma transfusion that afternoon,the vet called yesterday afternoon to say her blood tests were showing she had liver and kidney damage and wanted to see how she was in the morning but about 5 minutes after I put the phone down I called him back and said that she had had enough and to just stop it all there ,we went and picked her up this morning and she is at rest now in our gardenThis is our gorgeous hound that we will never forget,she was a one off and nobody will ever fill her place in our hearts.Now she can go and play over the bridge with her sister Beauty who was waiting for her today as she knew she was coming to join her and now they are together forever
