Yesterday I missed the post but did upload photos. We had a nice time in the random beach village of Morecambe (they close up the streets very early, though). A very hard hike (at least for this underexcercised guy) up some amazingly beautiful terrain (read, we climbed a mountain) in the Lakes District was well worth it. Today we came through Lancaster and saw the outside portions of Lancaster Castle before coming into our flat for the next 3 days in central Manchester. Our friends have met us and we have been having drinks at the local pub and are going to have a low key evening. Tomorrow - who knows....
