Yesterday I noticed that my neighbour has a NO sticker on their window (the second that I have ever seen in my life) and decided to write them a letter -see attachted- I was then hit with an e-mail informing me that they are English (their only reason it seems) and that how dare I be so patronising. My question is, has anyone sent/recieved anything similar and has it been as productive as my encounter with the other side?
