Yesterday, I spent the day with 500 incredible teammates who have all impacted my journey over the last few years. One of the most amazing realizations was when I took note of who I was in the room with and the path that led as all there. Its amazing that a friendship that began with us working (or in Michelles case owning) Jimbos Bar and Grill would soon become an opportunity to build an empire where we are now creating our own definition of freedom yet still able to workside by side. Listening to these two women inspire a room full of people simply by sharing their stories, their insight, and their passion will never get old and quite honestly, I fully expect it will only get more exciting! Its so telling how the three of us could not be more different in terms of our lives, our backgrounds, and our circumstances yet when we come together with a vision strong enough and a vehicle powerful enough, success is simply inevitable. Tara Romano and Michelle Jackson, I love this journey and I love that we can look back on all the funny stories that led us to exactly where we are!
