Yesterday, I was able to see months of planning, hundreds of hours of behind the scenes organization, plenty of messages and phone calls to get my favorite bands together, all come to a conclusion. From where I stand it was a huge success, and Im humbled by the response from everyone. Hopefully everyone had a great time, and got to see some kick ass bands, that theyll continue to support. We raised $1,810.71 for Neuroendocrine Cancer Research. Thanks to Two Years Later, Tim Castle, The HELLROYS, The Boondogglers, Grapefruit Moon, The Clarence Light Orchestra (C.L.O.), and The Dallas Moore Band. Thanks as well to The Ten Mile Inn for being an awesome host venue! Congrats to Arnold Collins on winning all that whiskey, Bill Edwards for getting the guitar, and a huge thank you to Mike Johnson for getting that auction done. Thanks to Patrick and Heather Scott, Rob Trimmer, Terry Allen, for helping set up and run the event. Most of all, thanks to Bethany Caudill for being a great wife and co-organizer, and for keeping me on track throughout this whole process. Hope everyone enjoyed the show, well be planning the second annual event sometime after the baby comes.
