Yesterday I was asked my opinion on twitter about the Kauto Star video... I gave it - which was that I didnt think he looked that happy in the video.. I didnt say my opinion was right and others opinions were wrong.. After a fair amount of abuse last night I slept on it all and tweeted this morning the tweets below... The amount of abuse Ive got today has amazed me.. But I stand by my opinions.. If you have a horse like Kauto and bravely campaign him so publicly you are putting yourself out there to be shot at if the public that love him dont like what they see.. But a fool can see how well looked after and loved he is and theres a dame sight worse places he could be.. The Laura Collett bashing needs to stop , ideally thou it should never have started in the first place.. So the other night didnt work out , no one died and lots will Im sure have been learnt from it. But because of my tweets below Ive been called a annoying old has been , a jealous bitter hag & that my kind are not welcome nor wanted in the eventing world... Only today I was schooling my eventers thinking for the first time in a long time I was actually looking forward to eventing again... Safe to say thats all changed!! Love or hate me Im only honest about how I feel when asked and I dont slag others off or make comments to people like the ones that have been made to me today...
