Yesterday Kevin had his mid program sub max testing, his program asked for 230 squat 180 bench and 260 deadlift. Here is a quick clip of Kevins bench which has improved dramatically over the past 3 months. Even battling niggling injuries he still managed to hit all his targets. Sub max testing is a great way to check your progress mid way through your program provided the program is long enough. Well done mate
