Yesterday Kiefer went into critical respiratory crisis. However, instead of going down as the surgeon thought... Kiefer began to slowly improve. He is now moved out of ICU into 1 North. Trying to manage pain and draining. I want to thank everyone for their prayers, and although the road is rough, we are blessed for more time. The team will start a final try on a new pill to slow progression. Thank you to Scotty Kirk, Chaplin @ LPCH for baptizing Kiefer yesterday. Santa has visited Kiefer twice.. Kiefers nurse brought him a wonderful present and all of the staff is fantastic. His lunch today is prime rib :) Mostly, thank you to everyone who visits this page and sent the power of prayer to Kiefer. We love every one of you. Many blessings on this wonderful Christmas day. Kiefer is surrounded by family and friends and with his phone in his hand he is supported by you. xoxo
