Yesterday, Martha Karua appeared on JKL live on KTN. She presented a picture of a stateswoman, talked well like a liberal democrat and received lots of accolades. However few of us have not forgotten how Martha Karua as Minister for Justice in the Kibaki administration messed up this country. She dismissed the Kibaki-Raila MOU, disparaged the IPPG, and set the process of writing of a flawed a constitution that was defeated in the 2005 referrundum. She remained a PNU hawk way past the 2007 PEV. Her turnabout now is intriguing but we welcome her change of heart.
