Yesterday Mighondi Idadu did put pen to paper and wrote his submissions to the eminent committee investigating recruitment malpractice. We poked many, many holes in the whole process. To ask for seriousness and committement from the Governor we asked him to suspend the recent appointments including the Ward Administrators positions and some of the chief officers positions. We were honest with ourselves and others too, that if the team finds no fault, (Which is unlikely) the suspension be uplifted and they be formally appointed. Question, if the interviews were done in September and appointments were made 5 months later, why not wait for one month, What if the committee cancels them? Who will foot the expense? Now i have done my SMALL part, DO yours, and together we can be able to stop our county from going to the dogs. How do you trust a former county/municipal council staff with recruitment??? How in this Kenya. Someone who believes NEPOTISM is like breakfast, lunch and super, they can not live without. LET US ALL GIVE NEPOTISM A STILL BIRTH IN OUR COUNTY.
